• Winston shares teenager Kira's everyday life
• Two detectives solve gripping crime cases
• Teenage life narrated from the perspective of a cat
Winston the cat is very glad to find himself inside his own skin again. Although he found switching places with a twelve year-old girl really exhausting, he and Kira are now great friends.
It isn’t long before this unlikely duo has their second adventure. Someone has kidnapped Emilia, Kira’s classmate, and is demanding a ransom from her parents! Winston’s keen nose for crime is what’s needed, now. Although Emilia is a real giddy goat, there’s no way he’s going to let anyone hurt her.
While Kira is standing in for Emilia in the school musical, Agent Winston is working away on silent paws. The three yard cats, Spike, Caramel and lovely Odette, help Winston search for the kidnapper.
When Kira lets her friends Tom and Pauli into her secret, they decide to help find Emilia and catch her kidnapper. They quickly pick up a hot trail, a very unusual odour that Winston’s delicate nose can follow and which could identify the criminal. What a pity it leads to two people; the caretaker and the piano teacher! They both smell suspiciously like the ransom notes that were handed in. It can’t be helped; both men must be watched around the clock. Just as well Kira, Winston, and their friends make up such an effective team!
