Markus Orths lives in Karlsruhe and writes his books there from morning to evening. He has already completed 15 books for adults and nine for children. Naturally, he writes the children’s books for his own children as well, three in total. Any similarities between the Hackebart family and the Orths family are purely coincidental. Well, at least most of them.
